ALLELOUIA
American: praise JEHOVAH or YAHWAY
Hebrew Aramaic: hallel (praise) u (to) Yah (Yehovah or YHWH)
The
Greek word is a transliteration of the Hebrew Aramaic Hallel-u-Yah. The Hebrews felt that the name of Father God was too
sacred to be pronounced. Therefore, they only spoke it as Yah.

Revelation 19: And after these events, I heard the phonen [sounds, tones, noises, voices] of a megalen [big, large, huge, great] throng in Ourano [Heaven], saying, “Hallel u Yah! The safety and the glory and the time [value, esteem] and the dunamis [force, power] are of the Kurio our Theos! because truthful and dikaiai [equitable, just, right] are His judgments; because He judged the megalen pornen [whore, harlot, prostitute] which same defiled the earth in her porneia [whoring, incest, non-marital sexual intercourse] and He avenged the blood of His slaves emergent from her hand.” And they secondly said, “Hallel u Yah! and her smoke goes up to the ages of the ages.” And the twenty-four elders and the four living beings fell down and prosekunesan [worshiped, as a dog licks his master's hand] Theos (sitting down upon the Throne), saying, “Hallel u Yah!” And a phone (emergent from the throng) issued forth, saying,“Hallel our Theos! all His slaves and all those fearing Him; both the mikroi [small, little, tiny, micro] and the megaloi.” And I heard (as it were) a phonen of much water and (as it were) a phonen of mighty thunders, saying, “Hallel u Yah! because the All-Ruling Kurios, Theos, reigned! Let us rejoice! Let us rejoice and jump for joy and we will give the glory to Him because the wedding of the Lamb came and His gune [wife; the Christian church] prepared herself. And it was given to her in order that she be clothed in clean and radiant linen for the linen is the dikaiomata [equity, justification, rightness] of the hagion [holy ones, saints].”
